Vehicall - Roadside & Vehicle Assistance on Demand

1. About Us

These Terms govern your use of the Vehicall mobile application ("Service") operated by VEHICALL LIMITED, registered in England and Wales (company number 16739605), registered office at Church View Chambers, 38 Market Square, Toddington, Dunstable, England LU5 6BS ("Vehicall", "we", "us").

By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. The Service

Vehicall is a marketplace that connects you with local vehicle service providers ("Suppliers") for services such as tyre replacement, vehicle transport, MOT bookings, and other roadside or scheduled services.

We are an intermediary only. We do not:

Provide vehicle services ourselves
Employ or control Suppliers
Process payments between you and Suppliers
Guarantee service quality, pricing, or availability

All service agreements are directly between you and the Supplier you choose. Vehicall is not a party to those agreements.

3. Your Account

3.1 Account Requirements

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. The consumer Vehicall app is free to use.

3.2 Guest / Temporary Accounts

You can submit a service request as a guest by verifying your email address with a one-time code — no password required. Guest accounts are marked as expired after 7 days unless you upgrade them by setting a password; your account data, service history, and reviews are preserved either way, and you can upgrade to a full account at any time.

4. Service Requests

When you submit a service request:

Matching Suppliers in your area are notified and may submit quotes
You can accept, decline, or ignore any quote you receive — there is no obligation to accept
When you accept a quote, you enter into a direct agreement with that Supplier — not with Vehicall
You are responsible for paying the Supplier directly (Vehicall does not process payments between you and Suppliers)
You may cancel a request at any time before accepting a quote

Requests inactive for 7 days may be marked stale and hidden from Suppliers; you can re-post them at any time.

5. Reviews and Ratings

You may rate and review Suppliers after a completed job. Reviews are displayed publicly on Supplier profiles. Reviews must be honest, lawful, and based on your actual experience. We may remove reviews that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

Provide false or misleading information about yourself or your vehicle
Submit service requests you do not intend to fulfil
Use the Service for unlawful purposes
Harass Suppliers or other users
Attempt to circumvent our systems (e.g. scraping, automated account creation)
Solicit Suppliers off-platform to evade fair-use terms

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

We do not guarantee:

Service availability or uptime
Accuracy of information provided by Suppliers or third parties
Quality, pricing, or outcomes of services provided by Suppliers

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vehicall is not liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of profits or data
Conduct of Suppliers or other users
The quality or outcome of services provided by Suppliers

Our total liability to you is limited to £100.

Nothing excludes liability for: death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time in the app via Settings → Delete Account, on the web at vehicall.uk/delete-account, or by contacting us at legal@vehicall.uk.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms with notice via the App or email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by anything in these Terms.
