Vehicall PRO is the supplier app that connects your business with customers who need roadside assistance. You receive job requests in your area, submit quotes, and win new work without any marketing effort.
Who can sign up as a supplier?
Any legitimate roadside assistance provider - mobile mechanics, tyre fitters, and recovery operators. You'll need to provide your business details during registration.
Is there a fee to join?
No. Signing up and using Vehicall PRO is completely free. There is no joining fee.
What areas can I cover?
You set your own service radius during setup. You'll only receive job requests within your chosen coverage area.
Receiving Jobs
How do I receive job requests?
You'll get a push notification whenever a new job is posted in your area. Open the app to see full details including location, vehicle info, and photos.
Can I filter the types of jobs I see?
Yes. You select which services you offer (tyres, recovery, transport) and only receive relevant requests.
What information do I see before quoting?
You'll see the customer's location on a map, distance from you, vehicle make/model/year, description of the problem, and any photos they've uploaded.
How long do I have to respond?
There's no strict deadline, but customers often need help urgently. Suppliers who quote quickly tend to win more jobs.

How do I set my prices?
You quote each job individually based on the details provided. This lets you account for distance, time of day, parts needed, and job complexity.
How should I structure my pricing?
Your quote is the total price the customer will pay - ensure you include all relevant costs for your business.
What if I need more information before quoting?
You can only communicate with the customer after they accept your quote and call you. Make your best estimate from the information provided, or skip jobs where details are unclear.
Can I withdraw a quote?
Yes. You can cancel a quote anytime before the customer accepts it.

How do customers choose a supplier?
Customers see all quotes side by side with your price, business name, and reviews. They call their preferred supplier directly to confirm.
What helps me win more jobs?
Quote quickly (first quotes get more visibility), offer competitive pricing, maintain good reviews from previous customers, and keep a clear business profile with logo.
Can customers see my reviews?
Yes. After completing jobs, customers can leave ratings and reviews that appear on your profile.
Do I have to accept every job?
No. You are your own boss. You only accept the jobs you want, when you want them. There are no penalties for declining work.
Completing Jobs
How does payment work?
You collect payment directly from the customer - cash, card, or bank transfer. Vehicall doesn't handle payments between you and the customer.
Does Vehicall take a cut of my jobs?
No. There are no per-job lead fees or commissions. You collect payment directly from the customer and keep the full amount.
How do I mark a job as complete?
Once you've finished the work, mark it complete in the app. This prompts the customer to leave a review.
Account & Support
Can I pause receiving jobs?
No, jobs are broadcast based on your service area, but you can toggle job notifications on and off in your profile settings to suit your availability.
Can I update my service area or services?
Yes. Edit your profile anytime to change your coverage radius or the services you offer.
