Is there a membership or subscription fee?
No. Vehicall is completely free to use. You only pay the supplier directly for the service they provide.
How does it work?
Tell us what you need, enter your location and vehicle details, and local tyre fitters will send you quotes. Compare prices and call the one you want. They come to you and you pay them directly.
How quickly can a mobile tyre fitter arrive?
For emergency requests, many of our local suppliers aim to be with you within 60 minutes, depending on traffic and your location. Once our new tracking system is live, you can track their arrival live in the app.
Can I use Vehicall for non-emergencies?
Yes. You can schedule services in advance - for example, booking a tyre change for next week at your home or workplace.
Is mobile tyre fitting more expensive than a garage?
Not necessarily. Mobile fitters have lower overheads than fixed garages. While emergency out-of-hours work may sometimes cost more than a scheduled booking, our network remains very competitive.
Can you repair a puncture or do I need a new tyre?
Fitters will always attempt a repair first if it is safe to do so (BS AU 159 standard). If the damage is on the sidewall or too large, they will recommend a replacement which they can fit immediately.
How do I pay?
You pay the supplier directly - not through the app. Payment methods depend on the supplier (cash, card, bank transfer).
Do I need to know my tyre size?
It helps, but if you're unsure, our app helps you locate this information on your tyre sidewall (e.g., 205/55 R16) before you request service.
